About This Role
Chartright Air Group is seeking a Challenger 300 Captain based in Mississauga and operating in Toronto. The role supports private jet charter operations through safe flight execution, coordination with Flight Coordination Centre and Sales, client service, reserve-day operational support, monthly training, and collaborative work across the organization.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Act as Captain on the Challenger 300 aircraft in Toronto and ensure every flight is conducted safely.
- Support daily operational activities during available reserve days, liaise with Chartright’s Flight Coordination Centre and Sales to deliver operational and service requirements, and provide direct customer service that contributes to an exceptional client experience.
- Foster collaboration and open sharing of ideas, improvements, and solutions among coworkers.
- Complete monthly training courses and perform other duties as required.

Requirements
- Applicants must hold a Canadian Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL), Group 1 Multi-Engine IFR, a valid Transport Canada Medical, and a Canadian Radio Telephone License. The position requires a minimum of 5,000 hours total flight time and at least 1,000 hours as Pilot in Command in a multi-engine aircraft
- turbine time is preferred. Candidates must be able to lift up to 60 lb and have hands-on experience with flight management systems and glass cockpits. They should understand aviation weather, airport performance, flight plan calculations, fuel planning, weight and balance, Canadian Aviation Regulations, and SMS safety practices. The role also requires a positive collaborative mindset, strong written and verbal communication, exceptional client service, organization and prioritization skills, and flexibility to support client needs.
