About This Role
Chartright Air Group is recruiting a full-time Captain for its Challenger 300 operation in the Toronto area, with the posted location in Mississauga, Ontario (YYZ). The Captain will conduct safe private-jet flights, support daily operations on available reserve days, coordinate with the Flight Coordination Centre and Sales, provide direct customer service, and complete monthly training. This customer-driven Canadian aviation role combines international flying with a strong focus on safety, operational excellence, and collaborative client service.
Duties & Responsibilities
- As Captain on the Challenger 300 in Toronto, the pilot will ensure flights are conducted safely and support daily operational activities on available reserve days.
- The role requires liaison with Chartright’s Flight Coordination Centre and Sales to ensure all operational and service requirements are delivered, along with fostering collaboration so colleagues can share ideas, improvements, and solutions.
- The Captain will provide direct customer service that contributes to an exceptional client experience, complete monthly training courses, and perform other duties as required.

Requirements
- Required qualifications are a Canadian Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL) or valid IATRA, Group 1 Multi-Engine IFR, a valid Transport Canada Medical, and a Canadian Radio Telephone Licence. The candidate must have a minimum of 3,000 hours of total flight time and a minimum of 1,000 multi-engine PIC hours
- jet or turbine time is preferred. Previous international flying experience in Europe and South America is required. An aviation university degree or college diploma and previous time on type are preferred. The posting also asks for hands-on experience with flight management systems and glass cockpits
- strong knowledge of aviation weather, airport performance, flight-plan calculations, fuel planning, weight and balance, Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs), and SMS safety practices
- and a positive, collaborative approach with strong relationship-building, written and verbal communication, client-service, organization, and prioritization skills. Candidates must be able to lift up to 60 lb and work a flexible schedule to support client needs.
