About This Role
Chartright Air Group is hiring a Captain to fly the Challenger 300 out of Toronto (YYZ), with the posting located at the company's Mississauga, Ontario office. Chartright has operated for more than 35 years and offers tailored private jet charter, turn-key aircraft management, aircraft maintenance and FBO services, describing itself as the leading provider of private jet service in Canada. The Captain is responsible for the safe conduct of flights, supports daily operational activities on available reserve days, and works closely with the company's Flight Coordination Centre and Sales team so that all operational and service requirements are delivered. The role is directly client-facing and requires the flexibility to work a schedule that supports client needs, along with monthly training courses. Duties & Responsibilities
- The Captain acts as pilot-in-command on the Challenger 300 aircraft in Toronto and ensures flights are conducted in a safe manner.
- The role supports daily operational activities on available reserve days and liaises with Chartright's Flight Coordination Centre and Sales so that all operational and service requirements are delivered.
- The Captain fosters a collaborative environment in which colleagues share ideas, improvements and solutions, provides direct customer service that contributes to an exceptional client experience, and performs monthly training courses and other duties as required.

Requirements
- Applicants must hold a Canadian Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) with a Group 1 Multi-Engine IFR rating, a valid Transport Canada medical and a Canadian Radio Telephone License. A minimum of 5,000 hours total flight time is required, along with a minimum of 1,000 hours pilot-in-command in a multi-engine aircraft, with turbine time preferred. Candidates must be able to lift up to 60 lbs and bring hands-on experience with flight management systems and glass cockpits.
