About This Role
Texel Air is seeking experienced B737NG Captains to join its growing team in a Command role, responsible for the safe, efficient operation of the aircraft in a dynamic cargo environment, demonstrating strong leadership, sound judgement, and a commitment to operational excellence. Based in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

Requirements
- Minimum Requirements: Valid UK CAA / EASA / FAA / ICAO ATPL with B737NG Type Rating
- Minimum 5,000 total hours, including 2,000 hours on multi-pilot aircraft
- Minimum 1,000 hours PIC on B737NG
- Current or recent on type (last flight within 12 months)
- ICAO English Level 5 or higher. Operational & Safety Requirements: Recent command experience on B737NG with strong adherence to SOPs
- Proven leadership and sound operational judgement in commercial operations
- Working knowledge of regulatory frameworks and Safety Management Systems (SMS)
- Understanding of Flight Data Monitoring (FDM) and safety-driven decision making
- Strong technical knowledge of aircraft systems, performance, and human factors. Desirable: Previous Experience in Flight Safety, FDM, or Safety Investigation.
