About This Role
PSA Airlines, a wholly owned subsidiary of American Airlines, is launching a comprehensive Pilot Cadet Program to develop promising future pilots from private pilot certification through airline operations. This program offers mentorship with industry experts, internships, and a clear pathway to becoming an airline pilot with the fastest upgrade times in the industry and a flow-through agreement to American Airlines. Candidates must hold at least a Private Pilot Certificate and be actively instructing or flight training, with no more than 1200 total flight hours if pursuing ATP or 700 hours if pursuing R-ATP. The program provides $15,000 in tuition reimbursement, covers ATP-CTP course costs ($5,000 value), and offers hotel/ground transportation, with placement into PSA's training program upon reaching minimums followed by automatic flow-through to American Airlines.
