About This Role
Republic Airways is seeking pilot cadets for their RJet Cadet Program, an entry-level pathway into the regional airline industry. Cadets can receive a Conditional Offer of Employment as early as their instrument rating or commercial certificate stage. Duties & Responsibilities
- Transition from flight training to operational cockpit environment
- Operate Embraer E170/E175 aircraft under supervision
- Participate in initial training and proficiency programs
- Complete interview process including HR screening and technical evaluation with current pilots

Requirements
- No more than one check ride failure
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- FAA First Class Medical Certificate (lapsed privileges acceptable)
- Resume attached to application
- Commercial Certificate or Instrument Rating minimum
- R-ATP cadets (1000-1250 hours): Instrument Rating required; no more than 700 hours until First Officer conversion
- ATP cadets (1500+ hours): Commercial Certificate required; no more than 1000 hours until First Officer conversion
- Less than 6 months until conversion to First Officer
