About This Role
Western Aircraft is seeking a PC-12/47E Captain based in Boise, with home basing negotiable, to serve as pilot-in-command for 14 CFR 135 and 14 CFR 91 operations. The role involves overnight, weekend, and holiday travel within authorized routes in Canada and Mexico, while maintaining compliance with FAA requirements and company procedures.
Duties & Responsibilities
- The Captain's primary function is to act as pilot-in-command of 14 CFR 135 and 14 CFR 91 PC-12/47E flights.
- Responsibilities include serving as Captain or second pilot when required, overseeing day-to-day operations, complying with company procedures, FAA regulations, and best practices, and delivering exemplary service to owners, guests, and clients.
- The position also includes other duties as assigned, with operations requiring overnight travel and coverage during weekends and holidays in Canada and Mexico.

Requirements
- Applicants must meet the minimum requirements and provide a full breakdown of flight hours on their resume.
- Required qualifications include 1,200 total flight hours, 500 hours of turbine time, a Commercial Pilot rating, an Airplane Instrument rating, a First-Class Medical Certificate, and a US Passport.
- An ATP Certificate, prior 14 CFR 135 experience, and Pilatus PC-12 experience are preferred.
- Candidates must be available for overnight, weekend, and holiday assignments, consistently present themselves professionally, and demonstrate polished interpersonal and communication skills.
- Additional prerequisites include passing a pre-employment drug screen and background check, obtaining an airport-issued security badge, and holding a valid driver's license.
