About This Role
ExecuJet Middle East (a Luxaviation subsidiary) seeks a full-time, rotational PIC/Lead Commander on the Dassault Falcon 7X based in Dubai (DXB), UAE, within the Flight Operations division. Minimum qualifications include an ATPL with current Falcon 7X type rating, 4,000 hours total time, 1,000 hours PIC time, 2,000 hours jet time, 50 hours on type, and a required background in corporate or business aviation. Key responsibilities include exercising Commander authority on all flights per ExecuJet Middle East operational manuals, liaising with passengers and aircraft owners regarding defects or operational issues, ensuring compliance with all applicable civil aviation regulations, maintaining safe CRM practices, and briefing passengers prior to each departure. Fluency in written and spoken English is required; no salary, specific roster pattern, or visa sponsorship information is stated on the posting.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Commander/Lead commander duties as per OMA
- Liaise with passengers or aircraft owner, when an aircraft defect or other operational issue may affect the aircrafts schedule
- responsible for the aircraft IAW EJME OM, depending on aircraft registry, including but not limited to
- Operations, FDP and Safety
- Ensure that the aircraft is operated i.a.w. EJME POM, depending on aircraft registry, including SOP's
- Be familiar with EJME OM, company OI's/CMs etc and Civil Aviation regulations for which the aircraft is registered, and operate accordingly
- Is responsible for all decisions made on board the aircraft

- Create a safe and professional environment on-board with emphasis on good CRM
- Ensure that the passengers travel documents are correct before departure
- Has ultimate responsibility for the passenger, and that the passengers adhere to FA instructions. If operating with an ISP, the Captain will ensure that all briefings and cabin security checks are conducted by either himself, or assigned to the co-pilot
- Brief passengers on journey time, en-route weather, possible delays and anything else pertinent to the flight
- Ensure that the crew are presentable, and that the crew, at no time, damage the reputation or image of ExecuJet Middle East
- Report any abnormalities, events, incidents or accidents, via the correct channels
- Actively promote and support a just management culture
Requirements
- ATPL with current Type Rating on Falcon 7X
- 4,000 hours total time(minimum)
- 1,000 Hours PIC Time(minimum)
- 2,000 Hours Jet time
- 50 Hours on type
- Corporate/ Business / Private Owner experience preferred
- Corporate/Business Aviation Required
- Fluency in written and spoken English. Additional languages would be advantageous.
