About This Role
Jet Linx Aviation is seeking a full-time Pilot in Command for its Citation XLS midsize jet operation in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The role supports Part 91 and Part 135 flight operations, requires the pilot to live or be willing to relocate within a two-hour call-out time of the aircraft, and carries responsibility for the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of company aircraft.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Reporting directly to the Base Chief Pilot, the Pilot in Command prepares for and ensures the safe and efficient operation of company aircraft in accordance with Federal Aviation Regulations and company procedures. Duties include managing duty, flight, and rest times in accordance with company requirements and the CFRs
- maintaining communication with the company regarding standby assignments, trip notifications, position calls, and pre- and post-flight reports
- maintaining and managing electronic flight bag hardware and applications
- keeping navigation charts, publications, and company manuals current
- maintaining a current first-class medical certificate
- demonstrating strong, proactive decision-making
- and consistently representing Jet Linx's core values in all interactions.

Jet Linx offers a competitive compensation and benefits package.The starting base annual salary is $145,000 to $200,000, with the actual offer dependent on geographic location, aircraft size, relevant education, training, and experience.Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with a 6% company match, paid time off, and company-paid life and short-term disability coverage.
Requirements
- Minimum qualifications include 3,500 hours of total flight time, 2,000 hours of total PIC time, 250 hours in type, 250 PIC hours in type, 1,500 hours of multi-engine time, 500 multi-engine PIC hours, 500 hours of turbine time, and 300 hours of instrument time.
- Initial or recurrent Part 142 training in type within the previous 24 months is preferred.
- Candidates must be able to obtain a U.S. driver's license, provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States, hold a current passport, obtain an ATP, maintain a first-class medical certificate, and hold an FCC Restricted Radio License.
- Applicants must pass pre-employment drug screening and participate in random drug and alcohol testing when required, maintain unrestricted ability to travel to Canada and Caribbean countries, authorize and pass an FAA Pilot Record Database review with a System Chief Pilot, and be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required.
- The position also involves working around aircraft and aircraft terminals and frequently moving up to 50 pounds.
