About This Role
KBR is seeking a highly qualified MQ-25 Aircrew Instructor to support the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) at Patuxent River, Maryland. This non-flying instructor position involves providing classroom and simulator-based training for MQ-25 Air Vehicle Pilots (AVPs) within the test aircrew services team. The role requires a bachelor's degree, 2 years of instructor experience, current DoD Secret Clearance, and US citizenship. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (BS/BA)
- Minimum 2 years of instructor experience
- Experience maintaining training records and documenting student performance
- Experience instructing ground-based flight simulators
- Experience developing and refining training materials
- Current DoD Secret Clearance or ability to obtain and maintain
- US Citizenship required
- Eligible for classified information access
- Must obtain and maintain Instructor NATOPS qualification
- Preferred: Master's Degree
- Preferred: Minimum 1,000 flight hours in fixed/rotary/unmanned aircraft
- Preferred: 2 years direct experience with Group 4/5 UAS operations
- Preferred: 10 years experience as simulator instructor
- Preferred: Aircraft carrier experience in tactical aircraft
- Preferred: Aircraft refueling experience
- Preferred: Prior experience as E-2 NFO, F-18 NFO, or MQ-4/MQ-9 Pilot
- Preferred: FRS experience
