About This Role
MedHealth Partners/Medway Air Ambulance is recruiting a mission-focused Learjet SIC/First Officer for fixed-wing air ambulance work transporting patients to the next level of care. This is a regular full-time, home-based position with an 8/6 schedule and no commuting on hard days off, with duty coverage spanning days, nights, weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Serve as the Learjet Second in Command on fixed-wing air ambulance missions, safely transporting patients to the next level of care during their medical journey.
- Work variable duty assignments that may include days, nights, weekdays, weekends, and holidays, with the flexibility to adjust to rapid operational changes.
- Maintain a professional appearance, demonstrate excellent oral and written communication, comply with required TSA and airport or Customs security processes, and meet the physical requirement to lift and move 50+ pounds.
What We Offer

Requirements
- Applicants must upload a valid passport, pilot license, FCC Radio Operator Permit, First Class Medical Certificate, and driver's license with the application. The role requires 1,000 hours of total flight time. Preferred experience includes 100 hours in turbine or multi-engine aircraft, Part 135 or flight-instructor experience, and Learjet or similar aircraft experience
