AB Jets is expanding its Learjet 60 flight crew, with the posting led by an opportunity for additional First Officers and also accepting Captain applications. First Officers are offered estimated annual compensation of $113,000-$123,000 during years 1-3, while Captains are listed at $183,000-$202,000. The position is home-based, requires no relocation, uses a 16/12 schedule with known days off, and supports domiciles within a 1:30-hour drive of more than 30 approved bases. Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate AB Jets' Learjet 60 fleet as a First Officer or Captain within the company's structured flight-crew program. Crews work the 16/12 schedule, with airline duty on Day 1 and Day 16 and 12 known days off, including two consecutive weekends. The program uses a structured duty-and-rest system with no rolling rest for crew scheduling. This is a home-based assignment, with domiciles limited to a 1:30-hour drive from an approved base

Requirements
- All flight crew applicants must hold a valid driver's license, a valid unrestricted passport, the ability to pass CANPASS, legal authorization to work in the USA, a current FAA First Class Medical, an FAA Instrument Rating, an FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit, and an Airline Transport Pilot Certificate.
- Applicants must be able to lift at least 75 lbs., pass Company and TSA background checks, have no accident, incident, or enforcement record in the past five years, work flexible hours, and live within 1:30 hours of an approved base.
- First Officer minimums are 1,500 hours total flying time, 1,000 hours PIC, 25 hours multi-engine flying time, and 75 hours instrument time.
- Captain minimums are 3,500 hours total, 2,000 hours PIC, 2,000 hours turbine, 500 hours jet PIC, 2,500 hours multi-engine flying time, and 300 hours instrument time.
- Being current and type-rated in the Learjet 60 is preferred but not required, and previous corporate jet experience under Part 135/91 is also preferred.
