About This Role
Executive Jet Management, a NetJets subsidiary and Berkshire Hathaway company, is seeking an experienced Lead Captain for a Challenger 300 based in Muscle Shoals, Alabama. This established corporate flight department operates Part 91 only with a 4-pilot crew structure, flying approximately 450 hours annually on domestic routes. The Lead PIC serves as a peer-leader managing crew resource management, client relationships, and flight department administration while actively participating in the flying schedule. Candidates must have a minimum of 3500 total flight hours with 2000 hours PIC, 500 hours jet time, and a Challenger 300 type rating (strongly preferred). - Valid FAA ATPL license
- Minimum 3500 hours total flight time
- Minimum 2000 hours Pilot in Command

- Minimum 500 hours Jet time
- Challenger 300 type rating strongly preferred
- Prior leadership experience in corporate/business aviation
