About This Role
The Lead Flight Attendant serves as the lead cabin authority on assigned Part 91 private aviation trips, combining hands-on service execution with real-time leadership and accountability for the overall passenger experience. The role leads internal and contract flight attendants, translates passenger profiles and trip requirements into adaptable service plans, oversees provisioning and vendor coordination, and maintains cabin standards during changing conditions. The position is based through the Farmingdale office and requires substantial corporate aviation experience, international travel capability, and availability for flexible, short-notice assignments.
