About This Role
Skyservice Business Aviation is seeking a Lead Captain for its Lear 75 operation in Dorval, Quebec. The Captain will lead the aircraft and crew through all phases of international flight, delivering a safe, seamless, and client-focused travel experience. The role is part of Skyservice’s North American business aviation operation, which supports aircraft management, charter, maintenance, sales, and fixed-based operator services across Canada and the United States. The position requires strong attention to detail, effective performance in a fast-paced environment, and the flexibility to work with dynamic schedules while supporting high standards of safety, service, and operational excellence.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead the aircraft and crew through all phases of international flight.
- Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft while maintaining the highest standards of safety for all passengers from takeoff to landing.
- Perform all duties in strict accordance with the Company Operations Manual and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned in support of operational excellence and team collaboration.

Requirements
- Required qualifications include a valid Canadian ATPL License, a valid Class 1 Medical Certificate, at least 2,500 hours of total flying time, at least 500 hours of jet time, a minimum of 2,000 hours as Pilot-in-Command, and an LR45 type rating.
- Lear 75 experience is considered a strong asset, while international flying experience is preferred.
- Applicants must meet ICAO eligibility requirements for commercial operations conducted in whole or in part outside Canada.
- Candidates should have a proven track record as a highly experienced Captain, a strong customer service orientation, the ability to perform effectively under pressure, and the willingness and ability to travel without restriction.
