About This Role
Jet Aviation seeks a Lead Captain on the Gulfstream G650 based in Teterboro, New Jersey. The Lead Captain serves as Pilot in Command for assigned private flights, taking ultimate responsibility for safe, efficient operations while mentoring crew and representing the Jet Aviation brand.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Act as Pilot in Command on assigned flights: pre-/post-flight inspections, flight planning, weather and route analysis, and safe operation of all aircraft systems.
- Mentor and develop crew members, conduct performance reviews, coordinate schedules and training, champion safety and compliance, manage trip documentation and aircraft manuals, assist in crew hiring, and represent Jet Aviation professionally.

Requirements
- Airline Transport Pilot Certificate and FAA First Class Medical. Five years aviation experience with 3,500 hours total fixed-wing time, including 1,500 hours PIC, 1,500 hours multi-engine, 500 hours turbojet, 500 hours turbine, 100 hours night and 75 hours simulated instrument. Valid driver's license with a clean record
- high school diploma required, college degree preferred
- willing to work a variable schedule and travel worldwide without restriction.
