About This Role
Ryanair is recruiting Cabin Crew members for their Vienna base, offering entry-level positions with no prior experience required. This is a recruitment day event held in cooperation with Crewlink, Ryanair's official cabin crew recruitment partner. Candidates will undergo comprehensive 6-week training covering safety procedures, customer service, and emergency protocols, culminating in supernumerary flights and cabin crew certification. The role involves flexible shift patterns including early morning (from 5am) and late evening duties, with career progression opportunities to senior positions including base supervisor and management roles.
Requirements
- Entry-level position (no prior cabin crew experience required)
- Fluent in English
- Willing to work early shifts (from 5am) and late shifts (until midnight)
- Ability to complete 6-week intensive training course
- Ability to pass regular exams during training
