Ryanair Group, Europe's largest airline group, is recruiting Cabin Crew members for their Lauda team via an assessment day in Palma de Mallorca on October 1st, 2026. Requirements
- No cabin crew experience required
- Unrestricted right to live and work in EU or travel freely throughout Ryanair network
- Height between 157cm (5'2") and 188cm (6'2")
- Able to swim 25 meters unaided and support another person
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Ability to pass English Language Assessment
- Hardworking, flexible personality
- Outgoing and friendly demeanor
- Adaptable to shift roster work
