About This Role
AIS Airlines is recruiting Jetstream 32 pilots through two routes: direct-entry Captain and non-direct-entry Captain upgrade. The Dutch scheduled and charter airline is based at Lelystad. Requirements differ by route; the 1,750-hour total applies specifically to the upgrade route. The offer is a freelance contract with a bond and a JS31/32 type rating.

Requirements
- Direct-entry Captain: qualified commander with an ATPL and at least 1,000 multi-engine turboprop/turbojet hours, or equivalent at the Flight Operations Manager's discretion.
- Captain upgrade: CPL, IR(A) and ME(A), at least 1,750 total hours and 750 multi-engine turboprop/turbojet hours, or equivalent at the Flight Operations Manager's discretion.
- Both routes: EASA flight crew licence, valid EASA Class 1 medical and EU right to live and work.
- Pass the advanced COMPASS test, including CVP; hold a driving licence and valid security background check.
- Above-average flying and leadership skills, motivation, flexibility and teamwork.
- Submit licence with valid ME-IR and at least LPE Level 5, medical, passport, recent signed logbook pages, security check, CV and motivation letter.
Preferred Qualifications
- A valid Jetstream type rating is preferred but not essential.
