About This Role
The Inflight Training Instructor prepares and delivers PSA Airlines training materials and FAA-approved Flight Attendant training programs to current Flight Attendants and new-hire students at the American Airlines Flight Training Center in Charlotte or other designated locations. The role provides subject-matter expertise, mentors and coaches trainees, evaluates performance, supports training equipment and documentation, and conducts periodic line checks or observation flights.
