About This Role
The Inflight Service Representative provides personalized, professional service and an optimum level of comfort to passengers from boarding through disembarkation. The representative acts as a link between passengers and the flight crew, supports the Commander, checks catering and other non-safety-related onboard equipment, reports safety concerns, and helps prepare the cabin for subsequent flights. The position calls for 2-4 years of experience and strong service, communication, collaboration, adaptability, customer-focus, innovation, results-orientation, people-focus, and technical-expertise competencies.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide passengers with an optimum level of comfort and service through prompt, efficient, and courteous assistance, deliver exceptional customer service, and provide relevant feedback to the Commander and appropriate company departments.
- Serve as the link between passengers and the flight crew when requested by the Commander.
- Check catering and other onboard non-safety-related equipment and immediately report deficiencies to the Commander.
- Report any condition or event that might endanger flight safety.
- Ensure the aircraft cabin is properly cleaned and, where possible, restocked between flights so that it is prepared for subsequent flights.
Requirements
