About This Role
Avcon Jet is hiring a full-time Head of Cabin in Vienna to lead cabin operations across its worldwide fleet. The role combines crew leadership, administration and service oversight, with flying approximately four to five times per month. The stated minimum salary is EUR 3,800 gross per month. Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage permanent and freelance cabin crew worldwide, including recruitment pools and scheduling.
- Oversee service standards, cabin safety compliance and crew training.
- Handle cabin service feedback, liaise with client-facing teams and report to nominated Flight Operations managers.
- Fly approximately four to five times per month.

Requirements
- At least five years as a flight attendant, including two years in corporate aviation and two years in a senior or leadership role.
- Proven leadership, communication and problem-solving skills; knowledge of aviation safety regulations.
- Fluent English, professional presentation and discretion with clients.
- Travel flexibility and practical Office/Excel, administrative and organisational skills.
- Driving licence and unrestricted permission to live and work in Austria.
- Cabin crew training/administration experience and additional languages are advantages.
