About This Role
Solairus Aviation seeks a full-time Captain for a Part 91 operation at Sacramento (KMHR), California, flying the Gulfstream G650 and Falcon 900EX. The Captain is responsible for the safe, professional operation of the aircraft under company policy and the Federal Aviation Regulations.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Serve as pilot in command of the Gulfstream G650 and Falcon 900EX: review aircraft maintenance status, conduct a proper pre-flight inspection per the Aircraft Flight Manual, check weather and facilities along the route and at destination and alternate airports, ensure each flight complies with Solairus policy and the FARs, safeguard passengers, aircraft and crew, and complete all trip paperwork accurately.

Requirements
- Required flight experience: 3,000 hours total time
- 1,500 hours PIC
- 1,500 hours multi-engine land (MEL)
- 500 hours MEL PIC
- 500 hours turbojet
- 250 hours instrument. Type rating on the Gulfstream G650 or Falcon 900EX or comparable aircraft. First class medical certificate. Must be available on an on-call basis, complete annual ICAO international procedures training, and maintain a primary residence within a two-hour drive of KMHR or be willing to relocate.
