About This Role
Sybajet is seeking experienced Gulfstream G650 Captains for its Dubai-based private aviation operation. The Captain will command long-haul private and charter flights, maintain rigorous safety and regulatory standards, support trip planning and airworthiness, and provide discreet, highly professional service to VIP and high-net-worth clients. The role combines flight leadership, operational decision-making, crew resource management, and client-facing representation within a growing international aviation company.
Duties & Responsibilities
- The Captain will safely operate and command Gulfstream G650 aircraft on private and chartered flights, comply with local and international aviation regulations and company policies, and maintain high standards of flight safety, risk management, and operational excellence.
- Duties include providing a discreet and professional VIP client experience, coordinating with flight operations on weather analysis, fuel management, route optimization, and trip planning, conducting pre-flight and post-flight inspections to confirm airworthiness, applying crew resource management best practices, supporting continuous improvement, and representing Sybajet with a client-first mindset.

Requirements
- Applicants must hold a valid ATPL with a G650 Type Rating, at least 4,000 total flight hours, and at least 1,500 hours as PIC on a Gulfstream aircraft. They need extensive international-operations experience and a strong understanding of global flight planning and regulatory compliance, along with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills for a fast-paced environment. Previous VIP or private-charter experience is preferred. A valid Class 1 Medical Certificate, fluent English, and flexibility for long-haul, overnight, and on-call flying are required
