About This Role
Fly Alliance is hiring a Gulfstream Captain to serve as Pilot in Command in its Part 135 private aviation operation. The Captain will operate on a 17 days on / 13 days off rotation from an East Coast base, with preference for candidates near Orlando, Opa-locka, Teterboro, Providence, or Boston. The role combines aircraft command, crew leadership, sound aeronautical decision-making, regulatory compliance, safety leadership, and a polished passenger-service experience.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Serve as Pilot in Command with responsibility for the safe operation of the aircraft, passengers, crew, and cargo. Lead and supervise assigned crewmembers through all phases of flight operations, exercising sound aeronautical judgment in planning and decision-making with regard to weather, NOTAMs, fuel, weight and balance, aircraft condition, MEL/CDL items, airport conditions, crew rest, and other operational factors. Ensure compliance with FAA regulations, Part 135 requirements, company policies, procedures, and operating standards. Maintain required qualifications, currency, medical certification, and knowledge of applicable routes, airports, and aircraft. Coordinate with Flight Operations, Maintenance Control, Crew Scheduling, and other operational teams

Requirements
- Applicants must hold an Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate, an appropriate Gulfstream type rating, and a valid FAA First Class Medical Certificate.
- Candidates must be current and qualified to perform assigned flight duties, reside on the East Coast, and preferably live near ORL, OPF, or TEB.
- The role requires a strong understanding of FAA regulations and Part 135 flight operations, excellent aeronautical decision-making and situational awareness, strong communication, leadership, and Crew Resource Management skills, and the ability to maintain high standards of professionalism, safety, and customer service.
- Candidates must also be able to complete all company-required training and qualification requirements.
