About This Role
CAE Flight Training seeks experienced flight instructors to develop the next generation of pilots at their Moorabbin Airport facility in Melbourne. Successful candidates will deliver ground and flight instruction across single and multi-engine aircraft while having opportunities to pursue advanced instructor ratings and leadership roles within a large, modern training operation.
Requirements
- FIR Grade 2 Training Endorsement or higher
- Current Flight Instructor Proficiency Check
- Command Instrument Rating (current)
- Experience with 1st and subsequent solo authorisation
- Legal rights to work in Australia
- Passion for instructing and teaching
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
