Requirements
- ATP (Airline Transport Pilot) or Commercial License
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years corporate aviation experience
- Valid FAA license
- Willing to live within 1 hour of aircraft base location
- Part 91 and Part 135 experience required
- Ability to work on complex and non-routine tasks
- Strong leadership and team player mentality
- Commitment to Safety Management System and Just Culture principles
- Willingness to work long hours in fast-paced environment
