About This Role
Talon Air is seeking a highly experienced and professional Captain for a dedicated Part 91 account operating a well-maintained, pilot-focused Gulfstream G450. The opportunity involves flying a premium aircraft in a safety-first, customer-service-driven environment with strong operational support. Talon Air is an aircraft management and charter operator with FAA Part 135, Part 91, and Part 145 Repair Station capabilities and a growing fleet of more than 40 aircraft. The G450 features a HUD, synthetic vision, RAAS, ASC59 Enhanced Navigation, Gogo Galileo satellite connectivity, an interior refresh completed in July 2025, a forward galley, and a forward crew lavatory.
Duties & Responsibilities
- The Captain will fly the well-maintained Gulfstream G450 assigned to a dedicated Part 91 account.
- The position is described as premium-aircraft flying in a safety-first, customer-service-driven environment with strong operational support.
- The aircraft is equipped with HUD, synthetic vision, RAAS, ASC59 Enhanced Navigation, Gogo Galileo satellite connectivity, a refreshed interior completed in July 2025, a forward galley, and a forward crew lavatory.
- The role also supports international commercial air transport operations requiring more than one pilot.

Requirements
- Required qualifications include an ATP Certificate, a GV Type Rating, 3,500+ total flight time, 2,000+ PIC time, 3,000+ Multi-Engine Land (MEL), and 1,500+ MEL PIC time.
- The applicant must hold an FAA First Class Medical and a valid passport, be able to obtain and maintain CANPASS authorization for unrestricted commercial pilot travel to/from Canada, and be ICAO Annex I – 2.1.10 compliant for international commercial air transport operations requiring more than one pilot.
- A background check and drug screen are required for hiring.
