About This Role
Precision Aircraft Management is seeking a safety-conscious G280 Second in Command to support private charter flight operations under 14 CFR Part 135. Based at Centennial Airport in Englewood, Colorado, the SIC will assist the Pilot in Command with flight preparation, aircraft operation, regulatory compliance, documentation, and customer-focused teamwork while building experience in charter operations.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Chief Pilot, the Second in Command assists the Pilot in Command with the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft under company procedures and FAA Part 135 requirements. Duties include participating in pre-flight planning by reviewing weather, NOTAMs, and aircraft performance data
- conducting pre-flight inspections and confirming aircraft readiness
- monitoring aircraft systems and performance in flight
- communicating effectively with the PIC
- maintaining situational awareness
- assisting with navigation and radio communications
- following company SOPs and safety protocols
- completing post-flight documentation and debriefing
- keeping required licenses and certificates current in accordance with company, ICAO as applicable, and FAA requirements
- completing required training, check rides, and recurrent evaluations
- and supporting a culture of safety, professionalism, and customer service.

Requirements
- Applicants must hold an FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate with Instrument Rating, a current Second-Class Medical Certificate, and meet the stated 14 CFR Part 135 SIC eligibility requirements of 1,500 hours total time and 500 hours multi-engine time. Candidates should understand aeronautical decision-making, crew resource management, and FAA regulations, and must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays. Employment requires successful completion of a background check, company training, and pre-employment drug screening under the DOT Drug & Alcohol Testing Program and applicable 14 CFR Part 120 and 49 CFR Part 40 requirements. Applicants must reside in Colorado or be willing to relocate there. Previous Part 135 experience, strong communication and teamwork skills, and a G280 Type Rating are preferred
