About This Role
CAE is hiring multiple full-time Instructor Pilots for the Bombardier Business Jet Platform (Global & Challenger) at its Montreal Training Centre. The role delivers simulator and ground school instruction, briefings/debriefings, and ensures training aligns with Transport Canada, FAA, and CAE standards. All instruction is provided in English. This is a flight-simulator instructor role that keeps the holder active in the cockpit while staying close to home.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Delivering high-quality simulator and ground school instruction.
- Preparing and conducting briefings and debriefings.
- Ensuring training aligns with Transport Canada, FAA, and CAE standards.
- Maintaining your own qualifications and participating in continuous professional development.
- Sharing your aviation knowledge and fostering a collaborative learning environment.
- All instruction shall be provided in English.
Requirements
- Minimum Qualifications: Any Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) licence issued by a recognized aviation authority
- strong passion for teaching with excellent communication skills
- basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office and internet-based programs
- must be authorized to live and work in Canada
Preferred Qualifications
- experience flying business aircraft
- 1,500 hours of multi-crew experience.
