About This Role
TPC Aviation, a Dubai based aircraft leasing and sales company active across Africa and Latin America, is recruiting Fokker 50 Captains on behalf of an operator in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. The fleet is based in Kinshasa. Applicants need a valid ATPL, either frozen or full, together with a current Fokker 50 type rating or a demonstrable route to converting onto type. A valid Class 1 medical certificate and ICAO English at Level 4 or above are required, and candidates must be eligible for licence validation with the DRC civil aviation authority. French language ability and previous African operating experience are both an advantage. Minimum total time and PIC on type are set by the operator and confirmed at interview stage.
Requirements
- Valid ATPL, frozen or full
- Current Fokker 50 type rating, or a demonstrable ability to convert onto type
- Valid Class 1 medical certificate
- ICAO English proficiency Level 4 or above
- Eligible for validation or conversion of licence with the DRC civil aviation authority
- Minimum total flight hours and PIC on type per operator requirements, confirmed at interview stage
Preferred Qualifications
- French language skills, a strong advantage given the operating environment
- Prior African operations experience
