Requirements
- Valid A320 type rating (current or previous)
- Minimum 2000 hours pilot-in-command (PIC) on multi-crew jet transport aircraft OR 1000 hours PIC on A320
- ICAO-recognized ATPL, CPL, or MPL license
- ICAO English Level 5 or higher
- Flight Instructor Rating or equivalent certification
- Previous experience as Flight Simulator Instructor or Type Rating Instructor (preferred)
- Previous experience in Airline or ATO (Approved Training Organization) training
- Knowledge of civil aviation regulations governing civil aviation training
- Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate (implied)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven leadership skills and experience in multi-cultural environments
- Basic IT skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to work effectively in remote working environment
