RWL German Flight Academy is seeking a Flight Instructor to educate junior pilots at their Monchengladbach base. This role offers either a permanent full-time position or a freelance contract within a professional yet family-like flight school.
Requirements
- Possession of a Flight Instructor rating (minimum PPL(A))
- Proficient in German and English language
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
- Enjoys working with young people
- Independent working style
- Resides in Monchengladbach or within 30 km
- Friendly demeanor
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to conduct practical flight training on various aircraft and training devices
- Ability to conduct theoretical classroom instruction
- Ability to perform briefings and debriefings
- Ability to maintain training documentation
