About This Role
Full-time unrestricted EASA Flight Instructor position with Atlantic Flight Training Academy in Cork, delivering flight, simulator, and ground instruction across a mixed training and aerial-survey fleet.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Flight, flight simulation and ground tuition – delivering instruction to students and completing the associated paperwork and record keeping.
- Monitoring student progress, carrying out student reviews, providing constructive feedback, making sure flying standards are adhered to and being available if an issue arises.
- Ensuring that training is conducted in accordance with the approved syllabi.
Requirements
- Hold a valid EASA CPL/MEIR FI (A) with unrestricted privileges.
- Instrument Rating Instructor (IRI) and Class Rating Instructor (CRI) privileges are considered a significant advantage.
- Valid EASA Class 1 Medical Certificate.
- Proven instructional experience within a flight training environment.
- Strong knowledge of EASA/IAA aviation regulations and ATO requirements.
- Minimum ICAO English level 5 or 6 required Knowledge of Aeronautical Legislation, rules Knowledge of EASA PART-ORA, ATO Manuals, ATPL theory subjects and practice is required along with knowledge of aircraft and the aviation industry.
