About This Role
GreyBird Pilot Academy is seeking one of three new full-time Flight Instructors for its international teaching environment at a permanent flying base at Aarhus Airport, Denmark. The role combines primarily airborne flight instruction with occasional classroom theory and simulator teaching, supporting the academy's commercial-pilot students and helping maintain the high standard of education expected by students. Candidates may join without an existing CRI/SPA certification because GreyBird will sponsor the required education. The role offers structured working hours and the possibility of flying in most of Europe.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct teaching primarily while flying aboard the aircraft, with occasional classroom-based theory and simulator instruction.
- Combine flight instruction with theory teaching in a varied workday, help fulfil the high expectations students have for the quality of GreyBird's education, and contribute to training and developing the next generation of pilots.

Requirements
- Before applying, candidates must hold an EASA ATPL or CPL, have experience as PIC on MEP aircraft, and meet the EASA FCL requirements for CRI/SPA ME or IRI ME
- the detailed qualification list later refers to IRI MEP. The posting also lists technical and academic knowledge, the ability to work in a structured manner with a high level of quality awareness, experience working with people, the willingness to educate constructively and professionally, a cooperative and welcoming attitude, and basic IT knowledge. Applicants who are not already certified CRI/SPA can receive sponsorship from GreyBird for the education needed.
