About This Role
Quality Fly, a leading flight training organization in Madrid, Spain, is hiring Flight Instructors to train the next generation of commercial pilots. The company operates a fleet of new-generation glass cockpit aircraft and employs over 10 active airline pilots in their Training Department. Candidates must hold a valid EASA Commercial Pilot License or ATPL with a flight instructor certificate, along with a Class 1 Medical and ICAO English Level 5 proficiency. Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct flight training sessions for students in accordance with aviation regulations and industry best practices
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to help achieve learning objectives
- Contribute to Training Department standards and continuous improvement
- Mentor and develop junior pilots and instructors

Requirements
- Valid EASA Commercial Pilot License (CPL) or ATPL with flight instructor certificate
- Valid EASA Class 1 Medical Certificate
- Minimum ICAO English Level 5
- ICAO Spanish Level 4
- Strong knowledge of aviation regulations and safety protocols
- FI extensions preferred (FI IR, FI CPL, CRI)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Eligible to work in Spain
- Previous mentoring or training experience is a bonus
