About This Role
GreyBird Pilot Academy, Europe's leading pilot academy founded in 2013, is seeking three Flight Instructors to join their team in Aarhus, Denmark. This full-time position combines in-aircraft flight instruction with occasional classroom and simulator teaching, offering a varied and rewarding role for experienced aviation professionals. Candidates must hold an EASA ATPL or CPL with a valid flight instructor certificate and CRI/SPA rating (ME optional), along with strong technical knowledge and people management skills. The role offers a competitive fixed monthly salary based on qualifications and seniority, pension, private healthcare, predictable scheduling, and the opportunity to instruct across multiple European bases.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct flight instruction primarily aboard aircraft
- Provide occasional classroom-based theory teaching
- Deliver simulator-based training
- Maintain high standards of pilot education
- Train and develop the next generation of commercial pilots
- Work across multiple European bases as needed

Requirements
