About This Role
CAE is seeking a Flight Instructor for its Multi Engine Training team in Bremen, Germany. The instructor will deliver ground and flight training for students in multi-engine piston airplanes and simulators, support the timely delivery of the training programme, and uphold safety standards and professional training quality. The position also involves training administration, participation in reviews and standardization meetings, and theoretical knowledge instruction when required. It is offered on an on-call, fixed-term basis with an extensive training period, international teamwork, and development opportunities.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform ground and flight instruction and work with international team colleagues to ensure the timely delivery of the training programme, safety standards, and professional training quality.
- Conduct MEP flight training for students in airplanes and simulators, including the necessary pre-flight and post-flight briefings.
- Complete training records and grading in an appropriate system, participate in training reviews and standardization meetings as required, and perform theoretical knowledge instructor duties when required.

Requirements
- The profile calls for profound job-related experience as a Flight Instructor, with teaching experience in a registered flight academy or ATO considered ideal. Excellent English is required as a working capability, with Level 5 or 6 preferred. Applicants must hold an EASA Part-MED license with first-class privileges, an EASA Commercial Pilot License for airplanes with a valid MEP qualification, and an EASA Flight Instructor rating for airplanes covering at least CPL, MEP, and Night
- MEP-IR is preferred. Applicants must also be able to obtain a secret security clearance (ZÜP). No total-flight-time, PIC, jet, turbine, or multi-engine hour minimum is stated.
