About This Role
Skynex Aero is hiring experienced Flight Instructors to lead flying training at its bases in Jalgaon, Mehsana and Akola, with base allocation depending on operational needs. The role covers advanced flight instruction, solo release checks, simulator training, student evaluations and mentoring junior instructors. You need a DGCA CPL or ATPL with a Flight Instructor Rating, a Class 1 medical, FRTOL and RTR, and at least 500 total flying hours. At least 200 instructional hours at an approved FTO is preferred.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead advanced flight instruction, solo release checks, pre flight briefings and post flight debriefings.
- Conduct simulator training and evaluate student progress at key milestones.
- Maintain training logs, drive compliance with DGCA regulations, SMS and SOPs, make flight safety decisions on weather, serviceability and airspace, and mentor junior instructors.
Requirements
- Valid DGCA Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL) or ATPL
- Valid Flight Instructor Rating (FIR) endorsed by DGCA
- Valid Class 1 Medical Assessment
- Valid FRTOL and COP/RTR
- Minimum 500 total flying hours
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 200 instructional hours at an approved Flying Training Organisation
About Skynex Aero
Skynex Aero Pvt. Ltd. is a DGCA approved flight training school with airbases in Jalgaon (Maharashtra) and Mehsana (Gujarat) and a head office in Dwarka, New Delhi. It trains CPL cadets on a fleet of more than 20 aircraft including the Piper Archer DX, Cessna 172 and Tecnam P2006T.
