About This Role
Mitchinson Flight Centre, established in 1946, is a flight training unit located at Saskatoon John G. Diefenbaker International Airport. The centre develops safe, sensible, and skilled pilots and is hiring multiple Flight Instructors to provide career-focused aviation training at several levels. Instructors support students through practical flight training as well as simulator and ground school instruction, with some additional administrative responsibilities.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Flight Instructors teach students seeking aviation careers at various training levels.
- The role includes teaching in the aircraft, simulator, and ground school classes, delivering lessons from the Private Pilot Licence level through Multi-IFR, and completing some administrative responsibilities in addition to flight training.

Requirements
- The required credential is a Canadian Flight Instructor Rating, Class 1 to 4.
- Preference will be given to applicants with some or many of the following: a Group 1 Instrument Rating, previous employment as a pilot, an Airline Transport Pilot License, Multi/IFR teaching experience, and an aviation degree or diploma.
