CAE is seeking an experienced Flight Instructor for synthetic training on A330/A350 platforms at the Milan Training Centre. Requires EASA SFI certificate with A330/A350 type rating and strong instructional background. EU work authorization required; based in Italy or EU.
Requirements
- Valid EASA SFI (Synthetic Flight Instructor) certificate
- A330/A350 Type Rating
- EU Passport or right to live and work within the EU
- Excellent English language proficiency (ICAO Level 4 or higher implied)
- Strong background in training and instructing
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail and administrative accuracy
- MS Office proficiency
- Ability to work with diverse nationalities and international students
- Adaptable personality and team collaboration skills
- Flight instructor certificate valued
- Previous A330/A350 instructional experience as Line Training Captain, TRI, or TRE desirable
- Existing instructor qualification or rating from Regulatory Authority desirable
