About This Role
CAE is seeking an experienced Flight Simulator Instructor for A320 aircraft training at their Seoul facility. This is a temporary, fixed-term position with the ATO (Approved Training Organization). Candidates must hold or have held an ATPL/CPL/MPL with a minimum of 2000 hours PIC on multi-crew jet transport aircraft (or 1000 hours PIC on A320 specifically), plus a valid Flight Instructor Rating and ICAO English Level 5. The role combines simulator instruction, courseware development, and student progress monitoring to maintain the highest standards of aviation safety and training quality.
Requirements
- Hold or have held A320 type rating
- Minimum 2000 hours pilot-in-command on multi-crew jet transport aircraft OR 1000 hours PIC on A320
- Hold or have held ICAO-recognized ATPL, CPL, or MPL
- ICAO English Level 5 minimum
- Hold or have held a Flight Instructor Rating or equivalent certification
- Preference for previous Flight Simulator Instructor or Type Rating Instructor experience
- Previous airline or ATO training experience
- Knowledge of civil aviation regulations governing civil aviation training
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven leadership skills and experience in multi-cultural environments
- Basic IT skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
