About This Role
Virgin Atlantic is recruiting Cabin Crew members to work on long-haul flights from London Heathrow. The role involves delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring passenger safety, and operating on one of the youngest and greenest fleets in the sky. Crew members travel worldwide to destinations including New York, California, Florida, and Asia. No previous cabin crew experience is required, but candidates must be at least 18 years old, have the right to work in the UK, hold a valid passport, and meet defined safety and medical standards. The position offers competitive salary with base pay, trip pay, commission, and cash allowances, plus extensive benefits including 28 days annual leave and travel concessions.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service across all cabins
- Ensure passenger safety and handle emergency procedures
- Provide first aid and perform CPR using AED and ECG equipment
- Manage food and beverage service
- Perform equipment handling and manoeuvring
- Support evacuation procedures
- Work with diverse menus and passenger requirements
- Communicate safety instructions in emergency situations

Requirements
- Aged 18 years or over
- Right to live and work in the UK
- No criminal convictions
- Valid passport permitting travel to all destinations
- Physically capable of pushing, pulling, lifting, reaching and manoeuvring equipment and people
- Clear hearing and communication ability
- Ability to give and receive clear verbal safety instructions
- Ability to read and follow safety information in low light conditions
- Stamina to stand and walk for up to eight hours
- Comfortable working in confined spaces
- Willing and able to respond to medical and safety emergencies
- Comfortable handling and serving food and beverages including alcohol
- Able to travel worldwide without restriction
- Meet all visa, entry and health requirements including vaccinations
