SkyWest Airlines, described as the largest independently owned regional airline, is recruiting Flight Attendants for a posting displayed in Salt Lake City, Utah with additional U.S. job locations and assigned crew domiciles. The role is responsible for passenger safety and comfort, onboard service, announcements and baggage assistance, emergency leadership and response, and inspection and safe operation of cabin systems and emergency equipment. Applicants must be at least 21, hold a high school diploma or equivalency and the required passport and travel documents, demonstrate excellent English communication skills, meet the stated physical and appearance standards, work varied shifts up to 16 hours, travel frequently, and relocate to an assigned domicile after training. After phase one and two of Initial New Hire training, reserve new hires are guaranteed 76 flight hours; the posting lists $30.32 per flight hour and $2,304.32 gross monthly base compensation, plus $2.25 per diem away from the domicile and benefits including a 401(k) match, Performance Rewards, health care, retirement, and travel benefits.
