About This Role
Breeze Airways is hiring Part-Time Flight Attendants for the Providence (PVD) crew base. Starting at $25/hour with a 37.5-hour monthly guarantee, candidates must be at least 21, fluent in English, hold a valid passport, and be willing to relocate within a 2-hour driving distance of Rhode Island T.F. Green International Airport. Benefits include 401K match, PTO, and travel privileges.

Requirements
  • Minimum 21 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to reach and remove emergency equipment from overhead bins without assistance
  • Ability to sit and buckle into the E190 and A220 Flight Attendant jumpseat seatbelt harness and lap belt
  • Neat, well-groomed appearance capable of making a positive impression
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
  • Ability to pass a vision and hearing test
  • Ability to successfully complete security screening training
  • Must pass a DOT pre-employment drug test
  • Must pass a TSA required fingerprint-based criminal history records check and Breeze background check
  • Legal right to work in the United States
  • Legal right to travel without restriction to/from the United States
  • Current passport with minimum 6 months remaining validity
  • Ability to serve alcoholic beverages
  • Willing to relocate based on company's operational needs if applicable
  • Able to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
  • Able to report for work in assigned base for assigned trips
  • Able to work Reserve Assignment in assigned base
  • Ability to perform assigned duties including standing for extended periods
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Ability to close overhead storage compartments with maximum push/pull force of approximately 50 pounds
  • Ability to assist disabled passengers during flight
  • Ability to push/pull beverage and food carts on wheels with maximum force of approximately 60 pounds
  • Willingness to undergo pre-employment drug screen, comprehensive background check, and fingerprinting
  • Willingness to undergo TSA required fingerprint-based criminal history records check
  • Adhere to CDC hygiene standards
  • Comply with company tattoo and piercing policy
  • Currently live within 2-hour driving distance from Rhode Island T.F. Green International Airport
  • Self-starter with positive attitude and strong desire for success
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Skilled in handling difficult situations and conflict de-escalation
  • Ability to work independently as part of a collaborative team
