About This Role
PAL Airlines is hiring Flight Attendants with a passion for safety and customer service for its bases in Halifax, Montreal and St. John's. As one of the largest airlines in Atlantic Canada, PAL flies to 27 destinations in Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Quebec and Ontario, from remote settings to the country's biggest cities, and is also an Air Canada Express carrier supporting regional air service across Eastern Canada since 2023. Cabin crew enforce Transport Canada policies and procedures, demonstrate emergency protocols, communicate flight information to passengers and crew, deliver customer service through all phases of travel and provide first aid and medical assistance when required. The role is full-time permanent and requires the flexibility to work all shifts, adapt to fluctuating shift times and travel away from home for extended periods, with successful completion of an initial five-week full-time training program. Flight Attendants receive per diems for days worked, an annual shoe and uniform allowance, 10 guaranteed days off a month, two weeks of vacation with paid statutory holidays plus three PAL days, and a monthly schedule with the ability to bid days off.
