Requirements
- Minimum 19 years of age to meet Canadian Liquor Legislation
- Fluent in both English and French
- Valid passport or Permanent Residency Card with necessary visas to work in PAL Airlines operating regions
- Ability to travel in the US without restrictions
- Able to obtain and maintain an Airport Restricted Area Identification Card (requires 5-year traceable history, clear criminal record, and Canadian Citizenship or Permanent Resident Card)
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent time management abilities
- Available to travel away from home for extended periods
- Successfully complete initial 5-week full-time training program
- Flexibility to work all shifts and adapt to schedule fluctuations
- Valid criminal record check prior to employment
- Customer service experience preferred
- Demonstrate knowledge of emergency protocols and safety procedures
