About This Role
GoJet Airlines is hiring Flight Attendants for their Chicago base to work on 50-passenger CRJ-550 aircraft as part of United Express operations. No previous flight attendant experience required; excellent customer service focus and willingness to work reserve duty essential. Requirements
- Minimum 19 years of age
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Two years customer service experience preferred
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Valid passport, driver's license or state ID, and Social Security card
- Legal right to travel unrestricted to/from all states and countries (Canada)
- Legal right to work in the United States
- Must live within 90 miles (1.5 hours) of assigned domicile
- Able to attend up to 6 weeks of paid training in St. Louis, MO
- Able to be on call and available for reserve duty with undetermined duration
- Professional and conservative appearance
- No visible tattoos or body piercings on hands, face, neck, or visible in business attire
- Able to stand, walk, kneel, bend, squat, push, pull, and lift heavy objects
- Able to work in small, confined spaces
- Able to handle turbulence, dry air, and varying noise levels
- Available for alternative work schedules including holidays, evenings, and weekends
- Skilled in handling difficult situations and conflict de-escalation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
