About This Role
TUI fly is seeking a full-time Flight Attendant based in Stuttgart to deliver safe, friendly and service-focused journeys for passengers. The role combines safety, first aid, onboard service, passenger care and sales-through-service, with flexibility for 24/7 shift operations. It is fixed-term for up to 12 months after successful completion of paid 8- to 12-week training, with possible continued employment; the posting states gross collective-agreement pay of €2,471.45 plus onboard sales commission, discounted tickets, travel benefits, a free uniform, airport parking and an average of 11 days off per month.
Duties & Responsibilities
- The Flight Attendant creates exceptional customer experiences through a sales-through-service approach and helps passengers reach their destination safely and positively.
- The role places passenger safety first by responsibly carrying out safety, first-aid and service procedures and consistently following all applicable requirements.
- The successful candidate builds trust quickly with passengers and colleagues through empathy and a confident manner, supports the team with a positive and committed attitude, and contributes to a welcoming onboard environment.
- Flexibility is essential: the Flight Attendant must remain calm and solution-oriented during roster changes, new technologies and unexpected onboard situations while supporting effective teamwork.
Requirements
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old on 31 January 2027.
- They must be able to reach a total height of 189 cm with an outstretched arm while barefoot and standing flat-footed, perform all prescribed duties including fully fastening the shoulder harness on a flight-attendant seat, and swim at least 25 metres.
- Candidates must complete the required aptitude tests and occupational or aviation medical examinations before and during employment, including the G35 examination where applicable.
- Good German and English corresponding to CEFR B2 are required.
- Applicants must be able to work shifts within a 24/7 flight programme and be at their base in uniform within 60 minutes.
- They must hold a passport valid for at least six months from the start of the course that permits unrestricted travel from and to Germany to all TUI fly destinations without additional permission.
- Successful applicants must also undergo a security check (ZÜP).
