About This Role
Mesa Airlines is hiring Flight Attendants for multiple U.S. bases (Washington D.C., Houston, Louisville). Starting pay is $27.82 per flight hour with additional per diem and hotel reimbursement opportunities. Entry-level position with comprehensive benefits and travel privileges.

Requirements
  • Minimum 20 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • College credits or minimum 2 years customer service experience preferred
  • Fluent in English (read, write, and speak)
  • Reliable, punctual, and dependable
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Valid passport required
  • Legal ability to travel unrestricted to/from all countries served by Mesa Airlines (Canada, Mexico, Bahamas, Cuba)
  • Authorization to make multiple entries into the United States at will
  • Minimum 20/40 vision, corrected or uncorrected
  • Able to perform all safety-related procedures
  • Able to lift up to 40 pounds to shoulder height
  • Able to operate aircraft doors and emergency equipment
  • Able to sit in flight attendant jumpseat without modification
  • Able to walk comfortably down aisle facing forward
  • Able to fit quickly through overwing exits
  • Clean, neat, and professional appearance at all times
  • Willing to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
  • Willing to be assigned to any Mesa Airlines crew base based on operational needs
  • Willing to relocate or commute as needed
  • Pass background investigation including FBI fingerprinting
  • Pass DOT/FAA pre-employment drug and alcohol screening
  • Subject to random screening throughout employment
  • Compliance with DOT prohibition on medical marijuana for safety-sensitive employees
